It’s damn pretty scary enough, they are just like some nutcase who will shoot your video and then upload it to the web.
They just clearly violated the rights of their patient. These doctors and nurses should be barred from continuing their medical practice. Laughing while operating, it’s like a party atmosphere at the operating room.
They may have done this thing before and they may do it again to other persons. They may have done this to the ladies who are giving birth and exposes her private part for the pleasure of some nut doctor. Too bad the video has been removed from You Tube recently; luckily I got the chance to see it before they removed it. These damn doctors and nurses were also taking the operation with their cellphones.

These doctors and nurses should remember that their oath was to take care of their patient and not exposes them. Although the patient’s face was not shown, what they did was wrong.

yeah those medical practitioners should be ashamed of themselves and I agree to revoke their licenses, these are people we trust with our lives and they will do this to us? i mean taking the video is already bad but uploading it to the internet and release to the public was the worst...
